TF: Why is the natural world important to you?
KF: Because we, like, go there every day, and it’s beautiful.
PF: So there’s beautiful reasons why it’s important. And it helps us relax; it helps us remember what’s important and what’s not important, like my phone and your phone. But it’s also important because we need the Earth to survive. All the food that comes from the Earth and all the animals and all the plants rely on the Earth. So it’s important that way too – not just how we use it and what it gives us, but it’s important just by itself, even when we’re not around.
