“Did you have a favorite outdoor place when you were a child?”
“Hmm, yeah, it was where my grandparents used to live. So my grandparents lived in upstate Pennsylvania, and I guess about a quarter or a half a mile from where they lived, you could walk through the woods and there was I guess a stream and a great big rock—or it seemed big to me—and that was my favorite place. I would just go and sit on the rock because it was kind of in the shade so I wasn’t getting sunburned, and I would sit there and watch the bugs go across the water. You know how they do that? And look for critters; that sort of thing.”
